Athanasia has a solid work history spanning over 20 years in the tertiary education (TAFE) teaching sector. Well qualified, Athanasia holds an applied science degree and a master's of education. An excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail, Athanasia heads up Pellington's review and proofing team, ensuring all documents are of a quality standard before being released to migration  lawyers/agents.  

Glenn Ferguson

Migration Expert

Glenn is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland. An expert on migration matters, Glenn is an Accredited Specialist on Immigration Law, Adjunct Professor of Law with the University of the Sunshine Coast, and Member of the Immigration Minister's Advisory Board on migration agent regulation. Glenn is also a Member of the Federal Attorney General's International Legal Services Advisory Council.

Jim Tryfon

Co-Founder

Jim has an extensive work history in both the public and private sectors in Australia. Having completed an MBA, Jim has served in Media & Policy Advisory roles to Ministers in both NSW & Victoria State Parliaments. Prior to that, Jim worked as a Business Journalist with West Australian Newspapers and more recently, as a Freelancer, writing business plans for the skilled & business migration industry.

Nik Siafakas

Legal Counsel

Nik is Pellington's in-house legal counsel and business advisor. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Nik has solid business management experience in both the public and private sectors. Nik’s qualifications include a science degree, an MBA and a Juris Doctorate. Essentially, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Pellington from both a legal and business management perspective.
